Equipment configuration is defined in the project proposal.
A separate route for a defined glass stream
Glass is a specialist configuration, not a claim that every RECYNEX cabinet accepts every bottle. A refillable bottle programme and a cullet collection programme have different handling, breakage, hygiene and evidence needs. Begin by naming the downstream recipient and the condition in which it will take the material.
Qualify containers and handling together
Send intact, chipped, labelled and contaminated examples from the intended stream. Record container dimensions, closure condition and any return restrictions. The equipment review covers safe presentation, breakage containment, removal and cleaning. Confirm whether the project needs item identity, a material count or a container-level handover record; those are different outputs.
Protect staff and programme records
Assign responsibility for broken glass, rejects and container exchange before opening a public return point. If a programme offers a deposit or incentive, Connect can map confirmed acceptance to the customer’s ledger after the event contract and reconciliation are agreed. Vision can support sample qualification; neither recognition nor an on-screen message alone proves that a bottle entered the safe storage route.
What to send for a Glass proposal
Provide the bottle list, target downstream route, site drawing, handling rules and the person responsible for broken-material incidents. We will frame a configuration and an acceptance test around those facts.
