What a useful proposal specifies

Each proposal identifies the selected configuration, approved sample set, site requirements, equipment tests and operating roles. It separates the machine from software access, integration, installation, training, transport and support. Numerical dimensions, capacity, throughput and environmental ratings are attached to the exact configuration and test conditions—not inferred from product imagery.
