INTEGRATION & SERVICE

Make reverse vending work on site. Keep it working.

Scope site assessment, container testing, RVM installation, software integration, operator training and technical support in one project plan.

FROM PLACEMENT TO HANDOVER

Make the return point workable for the people around it.

Installation is one moment. The operating plan covers the daily decisions that follow.

Before installation

Confirm the site, accepted packaging and collection route.

At handover

Train the people who check, empty, clean and escalate the equipment.

During operation

Review exceptions and service records against named responsibilities.

Site and packaging review

Check the real floor plan, sample packaging, access and collection route.

Configuration and interface scope

Agree equipment, acceptance rules, data events and customer-system boundaries.

Installation and training

Prepare the site, test the return flow and train the people who will run it.

Operation and improvement

Review exceptions, handover records and service actions as the program develops.

A useful handover leaves no role ambiguous.

Equipment and site

Document configuration, placement, utilities, cleaning and access for maintenance.

Software and data

Assign account roles, alert owners, interface responsibilities and retention needs.

Daily operation

Identify who empties, checks, records and escalates each return point.

Integration without a forced system replacement

A return point can connect to Cloud, to a customer system through RECYNEX Connect, or to a tailored combination. We document supported devices and firmware, event ownership, offline handling, duplicate protection and an acceptance plan. An integration begins with those facts, not a generic promise that every device will connect.

Technical service follows the operating model

A single site and a regional network need different training and response plans. We define who owns routine checks, cleaning, collection, fault escalation and replacement parts for the selected project. Support scope and response terms are written into a proposal rather than guessed from a website.

What the handover should contain

The customer should receive the approved configuration and packaging list, site acceptance record, operating instructions, trained-role list, collection and fault routes, software access list and unresolved-issue register. A multi-site rollout also needs a versioned site pack so later locations do not quietly diverge from the accepted pilot. Bring your existing facilities and support process to the first review; RECYNEX can define the gaps and the work needed to close them.
