SECTOR SOLUTION

Connect return participation with accountable operations.

Plan an RVM network for a brand or operator with defined packaging eligibility, site roles, verified events, material handover and accountable reporting.

RECYNEX concept for brands & operators

PROJECT WORKFLOW

Decisions to make before installation.

Place

Agree a packaging sample set and a process for changes.

Operate

Define the boundary between an accepted return, an incentive and downstream recycling.

Verify

Document event contracts, duplicate protection and reporting ownership.

A brand or network operator needs more than a visible machine. Packaging eligibility, participant experience, material custody and report definitions must remain consistent across locations, even when different partners operate each site.

The decision at this site

Begin with the programme rule: which exact formats qualify, who can participate, what is recorded at physical acceptance and whether an incentive is offered. Separate the event that a device observed from the transaction the programme recognizes. Decide which party approves packaging changes, supplies rewards, handles exceptions and owns public claims. A pilot should prove those boundaries before a wider rollout.

Equipment direction

One fits a public-facing bottle-and-can journey, Max addresses collection intervals at busier points and Bulk belongs to supervised batch handling. A network may need more than one family. Compare locations by packaging mix, available space, service partner and removal route; do not choose one cabinet solely because a campaign spans many sites. Each purchased configuration needs its own approved sample list and acceptance record.

Software and integration

Cloud can support site-level operating tasks and network-level review. Connect can pass qualified acceptance and exception events to a brand app, reward provider or existing operator platform. Define identities, duplicate protection, offline replay and reconciliation before issuing any reward. Reports should distinguish accepted returns, material removed and downstream confirmation so marketing claims can be traced to their evidence.

Service handover

List who installs, trains, replenishes, collects, troubleshoots and reports at every participating location. A practical first brief includes target sites, container samples, programme rules, existing systems and the intended reporting audience. Discuss a connected programme or read the brand programme guide.

Turn your site brief into a configuration

Share the location, container stream, operating team and systems already in place.
